Can anyone tell me why it's pronounced "Edin-burra"? I don't get it. Well, aside from that one mystery, it's an awesome city. Truly beautiful and steeped in history and hospitality. We had an excellent day of visiting the castle, a Thai restaurant for lunch, some shopping in Old Town, the scotch whiskey museum (and tasting), St. Giles Cathedral, some shopping, and a pub called the World's End for dinner (yes, and drinks). It's really beautiful here. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Right now, it's time to call home... :)
