For a little boy, going on a train trip can be pretty exciting. Caden couldn't sleep waiting for the 11pm train departure to Idaho. Our venture would take us across North Dakota, Montana and Idaho to Washington.
Watching the country fly by from the train window was a treat, although the northern plains does become a bit monotonous.
Caden did enjoy seeing yet more snow., while Wade was able to reminisce on the view of Minot, which, with it's snowy blanket, looked very much the same as it did 6 years earlier.
And so the adventure begins of Wade and Caden's cross country trip from Minneapolis to Idaho and back again.
